Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The team finished 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
