Born on 18 Oct 1984 American alpine skier Lindsey Vonn who is now retired, won 4 World Cup competitions and the downhill gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics. She ranks second amongst all female skiers and men in terms of the highest scores. She is one of the most skilled skiers in history and the most well-liked skiing athlete in the United States. Lindsey American World Cup alpine ski racer Caroline Vonn also known as Lindsey Vonn competes for the US Ski Team. There are four overall World Cup victories. She is an athlete with a lot of fame throughout American time. She is among only six females who have won in all five World Cup competitions in alpine. She won the World Cup 82 times. One of the finest skiers in the world and the most popular American ski racer has decided to take a break following the World Championship which will take place in Sweden. A string of health problems led this four-time World Cup Overall Champion to decide that she would retire. She announced her retirement on social media.
