Adelaide Clemens

Born and brought up in Brisbane Australia. She is the daughter of a British father. Clemens started her career as an actress on Australian TV while she was at high school. She guest starred in an episode of Blue Water High, as Juliet, in 2006. The following year, she appeared as Alison on Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens received nominations at the Logie Awards in 2008 for her character, Harper on Showtime's show Love My Way. She was awarded the Graham Kennedy Award and the award for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was as a character in Dream Life, a 2008 MTV Networks Australia drama film which featured Sigrid Thonton Xavier Samuel Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane. Also, she had small role on All Saints in 2009 and X-Men Origins Wolverine. Clemens was the face of Jan Logan's Jewelery during that same year. Clemens transferred to Los Angeles California America in 2009. Clemens was in the role of Xandrie in the movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens played alongside Gregg Sulkin in Camilla Dickinson, alongside Cary Elwes, Samantha Mathis as well as Cary Elwes. The show was an adaptation from the 1951 novel the same name by young-adult writer Madeleine L'Engle.She played the role of a teenage Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. In 2013, Clemens was on screen in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel that has the same title. Catherine Wilson played Isla's younger sister. Clemens plays Tawney Talbot, the star in Ray McKinnon's 2012 Sundance Channel TV miniseries Rectify. Natalie Dormer, Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto will join her in The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
